Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received.

Delivery within Ireland usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the postal or courier service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Japan Nail Studio is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

At launch, our main shipping area is Ireland. EU shipping may be added in the future.

Returns & Refunds

If you are buying online as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with Irish and EU consumer rights.

To request a return, please contact us by email.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged-after-delivery cosmetic, nail care, gel, oil, cream, or personal-use products.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Use & Safety

Some products sold on this website may be intended for trained nail professionals only.

Professional nail products, including gel systems or technical products, should only be used by trained professionals and according to manufacturer instructions.

Please always read product labels, ingredients, warnings, and usage instructions before use.

Japan Nail Studio is not responsible for misuse, incorrect application, allergic reactions, or damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
